One Member, One Account Policy:

Each individual may hold only one account at 999a. If a single person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

999a strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use the platform. Age must be declared at the time of registration, and supporting documents may be requested for verification at any time.

• Attempting to withdraw bonuses through arbitrage betting or the Martingale strategy.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.

• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour toward other members.

999a reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

Temporary Suspension:

• While KYC verification is still in progress.
• While a suspicious transaction or activity is under investigation.
• If verification of registration details is required.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Permanent Closure:

• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of money laundering or illegal activity.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Once requested, the account will be closed within 24 hours and any eligible balance will be refunded.

999a is committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted service. However, our liability has defined limits under certain circumstances.

• 999a will not be held liable for any bets or data lost due to internet disconnection.
• If services are suspended due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
• When a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.

999a takes all member complaints seriously and follows a fair process for resolving disputes.

Steps to Submit a Complaint:

1. Step One: Submit your complaint via live chat or email at support@999a.im. Responses are typically provided within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If the matter is not resolved at the first step, it will be escalated to senior management.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, resolution will be sought through a neutral third-party mediator.

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims filed after this period may not be considered.

999a reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.
